Smith Builders has been in business since 2009. Its founder and president Tod Smith, has been in the construction industry since 2002. Tod started out in Cape Cod as a landscape construction foreman, specializing in outdoor structures, decks, patio covers, outdoor shower enclosures, and storage sheds. He then moved to Sacramento in 2004 and worked side-by-side with a licensed California contractor for six years on all aspects of remodeling and new construction.

Smith Builders prides itself on working directly with clients on all aspects of their projects. From design to budget and then final execution, Smith Builders will be with you every step of the way. If your budget is limited, Smith Builders can help you make choices that have maximum impact at minimal cost. We specialize in lighting design upgrades, stone and tile work, hardwood flooring, and painting upgrades, but we would be happy to tear down and old walls and put new ones up as well.
